Functions The main port functions as public access, can be connected with selected channel by turning the valve actuator. Fluids only flow through ports and channels made of ceramic material which is tolerant to various fluids. High sealing performance, high pressure and high temperature resistance. This valve can be used as selector and sealing valve. Valves can be customized based on customer’s requirements. Application It can be used as flow switching and sample selection for various analytical instruments, biochemical and fluid experiments. Features The stator and actuator are made of high-performance ceramic material, which is resistant to acid, alkali and alcohol. It also has high and low temperature resistance, and wear resistance. The internal threaded port for tubing connection is designed directly on the stator, which can avoid the liquid leakage from the gap between the port and stator due to the different expansion coefficient of the materials. The ports on the stator and actuator are connected directly, significantly reducing the residual and dead volume. Absolute position encoder can accurately position the valve port, which has strong anti-interference capacity. The rotation and position of the valve can be observed directly with the design of open type actuator. The stator, actuator and motor are assembled without connectors to provide the precise positioning, stable and reliable running. The sealing between the actuator and stator can be adjusted based on the pressure needed. Also, the actuator can be manually positioned This product can be used at high or sharp changed temperatures.
